SHIPPING TO OVER 200 COUNTRIES
We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we cannot ship to. If you are from one of those countries, we will contact you.
LOST/MISSING PACKAGES
We are not responsible if an incorrect address is entered during checkout. Please ensure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error, we will take full responsibility for the original order placed for you at no charge.
We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent to receive one or more packages and may receive customs fees when they arrive in your country.

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

- United States: 5-10 business days
- Canada, Europe: 5-10 business days
- Australia, New Zealand: 6-10 business days
- Mexico: 6-10 business days
- Central & South America: 10-30 business days
- Asia: 8-30 business days
- Africa: 15-30 business days
Maximum delivery time: 45 business days.
This does not include our processing time may be within 48 hours.
All shipping times exclude customs/clearance delays.
TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped, and you can track it at any time.
MY TRACKING SAYS "NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT."
For some shipping companies, tracking information takes 2-5 business days to update in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information about your tracking number, please contact us.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SHIPPED IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items from the same purchase may sometimes be shipped in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.
