REFUND POLICY

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

We do not accept returns if they do not meet the specifications shown on this page. If you have any questions or concerns about a purchase, please send us a message through the "Contact" section in the main menu, before placing your order. We are happy to answer any questions you may have to ensure your satisfaction. Thank you for understanding.

 

You are eligible for a refund if you experience any of the following issues:

  • Your order has not been shipped to your address.
  • Your order was delivered incomplete.
  • Your order arrived damaged.

 

To request a refund, please send us a message through the "Contact" section in the main menu, including:

 

  • Order number
  • Name used for the purchase
  • Reason for the refund request

 

Please note that returns must be sent to the address provided by our support team. (Shipping costs will be covered by the customer.)

We will notify you once our customer service team has received and inspected your return to determine if the refund applies.

If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card issuer may take additional time to process and credit the refund.

 

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please send us a message through the "Contact" section in the main menu

 

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for gift cards or exchanges.

 

We do not issue refunds if:

  • Your order does not arrive due to factors under your control (e.g., providing an incorrect shipping address).
  • The item is not damaged, defective, or incomplete but has already been shipped.
  • You request a cancellation after shipping (once you have a tracking number, we can no longer cancel or refund for "Your order has not been shipped to your address").
  • Returned items are sent without first requesting a return.
  • The package is lost due to the shipping carrier's fault (we do not issue refunds for lost shipments).
