RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We do not accept returns if they do not meet the specifications shown on this page. If you have any questions or concerns about a purchase, please contact us through the "Contact" section in the main menu before placing your order. We will be happy to answer any questions to ensure your satisfaction. Thank you for your understanding.
You may request a refund or return if you experience any of the following issues:
Your order was not shipped to your address due to an error on our part.
Your order arrived damaged or with a problem.
We do not provide refunds or returns for the following reasons:
-Your order does not arrive due to factors beyond our control (e.g., you provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address).
-The item is not damaged or defective.
-You request a cancellation after the order has been shipped (once it has a tracking number, we can no longer cancel or refund it).
-Items returned without first requesting a return.
-Delivery delays caused by customs. (We ship all orders as soon as possible to the customer’s address. However, since these are international shipments, once the package reaches the destination country, the delivery speed depends on the local customs office. Sometimes packages may take several weeks to be released depending on the volume of goods being processed. This depends on the restrictions and processes of each country’s customs, and we are not responsible for such delays.)
Shipping Times:
-We take 2 to 4 business days to process orders.
-Estimated delivery times:
Tracked Shipping (Worldwide): approximately 8 to 14 business days.
Priority Shipping (Fast & Insured): approximately 2 to 7 business days.
To request a return or refund, customers must provide photographic evidence showing how the package was received. The following images are required:
1-The original outer packaging, including the shipping label with your address clearly visible.
2-The product boxes (outer and inner) in the same condition as received.
3-The product and its contents exactly as they arrived, including intact protective films and packaging materials.
Once the requested evidence has been submitted, our support team will review the case to determine whether it meets the requirements for a return or refund.
To request a refund, please contact us through the "Contact" section in the main menu, including:
-Order number
-Purchase name
-Reason for the refund request
Please note that returns must be sent to the address provided by our support team. (Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer).
We will notify you once our customer service team has received and inspected your return to determine if the refund is approved.
If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may take longer to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us through the "Contact" section in the main menu.
Once the returned package has been received and inspected at its origin, we will proceed with the corresponding refund.
We cannot process returns or refunds without the required photographic/video evidence.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
