Since this is an international package, we cannot rule out the following causes of delay:
1. Public holidays.
If the order's destination falls on an official holiday, there may be delays in local logistics.
2. Force majeure.

3. Delivery delays caused by customs.
We ship all orders to the customer's address as soon as possible. However, since these are international shipments, once the package arrives in the destination country, the speed of delivery depends on the local customs office. Packages can normally take several days to be released, but occasionally in some countries (mainly Latin American), packages can take several weeks to be released, depending on the volume of parcels that customs must process. This depends on the restrictions and procedures of each country's customs office, and we are not responsible for such delays.

All our packages are cross-border. Shipping costs vary depending on the item. If the weight exceeds 5 kg, the cost will be higher. We offer two shipping options: Free and Premium. Premium is faster than Economy. Free shipping is available for most products, with some exceptions.
